There is a lot to love (and a little to hate) with this one. I appreciate that they’ve deviated from the standard materials and tried something new, like the corrugated siding. That deviation did lead to a few unfortunate tile decisions (not pictured below), but at least they are trying. Unit B is also available for $462k.

Even if it wasn’t designed by him I have a feeling he would have approved. Great clerestory windows and wood paneling throughout and it’s fairly well maintained. The confusing part is that the aesthetic looks like Dwell circa 2006. Either this house went through a wormhole or the designers were going for that “early aughts modern” look.
