This Chris Krager designed and built home if full of thoughtful design and nice details. I'm always super critical of custom cabinetry, and theres a lot of it in this house. Happy to say I didn't have a bad thing to say about it. Is it crazy to have an $800k house on the east side? Crazy maybe, but it's the new reality, especially for architect designed homes like this one.
