Allendale has a good housing stock mostly comprised of 60's and 70's homes. This fantastic home is located in the southern part of Allendale where construction was happening as early as the 50's. Built in 1953 this house has survived mostly intact, with just a few tasteful updates done over the years. I think it's one of my favorite houses I've seen come on the market in the area.
