The North Loop area is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Austin, and this little ADU would make a perfect home. I love the white exterior with the dark windows and natural wood soffits. Inside I would have liked to see a bit less grey and some light wood accents instead of dark, but that’s just being picky.

There is a lot to love (and a little to hate) with this one. I appreciate that they’ve deviated from the standard materials and tried something new, like the corrugated siding.
