If I had to guess when this KRDB home was built I would have said 2010. That’s not to say that it’s dated, rather it’s stuck to such a tried and true bunch of modern finishes that have proved again and again that they don’t go out of style. Flat birch cabinets, 1” square tile, and those Tom Dixon looking pendants are always classics in my book.
