While there may be a few questionable material choices used in the last remodel of this home it still checks all the boxes for a perfect house. I'm a huge fan of all the original stone work, and if you know me at all you know I always fall for a house will a pool. Speaking of pools, that gap from the upper deck to the pool looks totally doable right??

The luxury market has been hit pretty hard lately with all the political uncertainty. This house is a great example of that. It was originally listed for $2,350,000 in March of this year. After many price reductions it now has an asking price of $1,888,000. That's almost a half a million dollar reduction. Ouch. On the bright side, nows a good time to buy a luxury home!
