While it's a tad tough to see past the current furniture (sorry owners!) this house is a winner. Originally built in 1958 it got a total redo in 2013 under the direction of Dick Clark (architect) and Matt Risinger (builder). Thats a dream team if I've ever heard of one. I know there are plenty of Lakeway haters out there, and yeah I get it. But for those with a budget of $350k where a mid century home is more important than location, you've got to admit this is hard to beat. I love the fact that it hasn't been updated yet too.
