2308 Rain Water

It's been a minute since we saw a PGM Design Build home on the market as they usually get snatched up before they are finished. This one almost didn't make it but luckily a buyer pulled out at the last minute so now you have a chance to make it your home. I'm always blown away at what a good deal these houses are.

I'm always a sucker for a butterfly roof house. This one by Newcastle happens to be on a super walkable stretch of Manor road right in the middle of all the action. Couple that with a good price and this is a winner.

1804 Willow #A

I love it when the good stuff gets saved. This 1935 craftsman got a total update on the inside. The lot has been condo'd which let's the developer sell it at a reasonable price (along with the newly built unit B) and the street keeps it's original character. Win win.

907 Juanita

I passed this one up a few months ago because there were just too many good things at the time, but now that it's slowed down a bit it's worth doubling back for. It falls firmly in the modern at heart category and whether you like the style or not you at least have to admit that it's well done. I love all the sneaky hidden features like the sliding art that covers the TV and the hidden sink in the wet bar (click more info below to see all the photos). Bravo.

This one is no spring chicken with over 500 consecutive days on the market. That sort of blows my mind to, because it's a great looking 70's modern house with a boat doc on Lake Travis and 5 acres for under $700k. Seems like a no brainer almost. Sure the interior needs some updating, but once that was done it would be amazing.
