This isn't the first time we've seen this house for sale. After an unsuccessful sale a few years ago it's been happily living a life as an AirBnB rental. A few of my clients have stayed there and word on the block is it's delightful, but the floor plan needs to be opened up a bit. Floor plan aside, I love this place. Proof that white paint makes everything better. This darling (see what I did there?) remodel in University hills may not be the most high end, but there is ton's of value in this house. For the price of a tear down in East Austin, you could have a move in ready house a few miles away.

Here's your second chance in case you missed out on this one in March. Theres something for everyone to love here. Let's start with the location. It's just off of Balcones Dr, one of my favorite stretches of hill country road near town. The views are amazing, even from the heated pool. Inside is all MCM goodness, with a nice blend of bright colors and more restrained pallets. Oh yeah, and it's got a wet bar, which makes it pretty much a hole in one for me.
