While I'm typically not a huge fan of these hill country modern looking houses, this is one that I can get behind. The modern detailing looks done right, and the more rustic touches look legitimate not just for show. On top of all that the thought of 6 acres and almost 6,000 sq/ft make that price tag look super reasonable.
