2000 Meadowbrook

This Tarrytown treasure was built in 2011 and is now available for resale for the first time. There is a lot of house here, and a lot to love about it. My favorite aspect was carrying the limestone block from the outside into the house. Being the cabinet snob that I am, my only criticism would be that for a 2 million dollar home I don't want to see a refrigerator. They at least get two thumbs up though for the (mostly) grain matched walnut.

While I love simple and minimal I also appreciate it when someone is willing to take a few chances. The interior on this Hyde Park duplex is a perfect example of that. They take some timeless materials and wood like marble and combine them with more playful tile work and wallpaper. The result? Amazing.
