It's crazy to see East Austin development keep pushing farther and farther east. I look at Crest street two years ago when I was looking for land to build on. The views are AMAZING but I felt like it was just too far out. Somehow, it seems a lot more reasonable now. I'm glad to see that the developer did a good job on the house too. Sure you can nitpick some of the interior (please developers, stop with the mosaic tiles) but overall it's a great space in a great location.

I've featured PGM projects before, and I'm always happy to share a new one. Partly because their design is just so darn good, and partly because Edgar and Laurel are such pleasant people. When I talk about northeast Austin, I tend to focus on University Hills. The housing stock there tends to be more atomic ranch and the topography is interesting. Mixed in among those ranch style homes are some smaller bungalows like this sweet little "modern at heart" one. I'm totally crushing on this interior.
