Bathrooms and kitchens are the two things that sell a house for me. The description on this one claims a "chefs kitchen" and while the pictures aren't great, I guess I can take their word on it for now. The bathroom however does look pretty marvelous. Plus, how often do you find a home this big, and with new construction in Crestview.

UPDATE: I just received some more information on this property, and it turns out it is not a Stenger house, but was designed by local Architect Kenneth Nuhn who passed away last year. Mr Nuhn was an accomplished architect in his own right who spent much of his career working for the State Health Department.
It's got a lot going for it, the Barton Hills location is ideal, and while the interior needs some love the bones are good. I actually prefer a house in this condition, you don't pay a premium for someone else's remodel, and you get to make it exactly how you want it.
