For example they take advantage of all those wonderful windows, but maintain privacy by putting roller blinds one pane below the top. While $650,000 seems like an awful lot of money for a modern townhouse in the triangle, you do have to admit that interior is pretty sweet. I really love the polished concrete floors in the kitchen / living room, and the stark contrast of white walls and dark windows and accents. Simple, clean, effective.

Austin real estate has a big problem. Affordability. With so much demand for housing, prices are being driving up and out of reach for many, especially in central Austin. That's why I get a bit excited about "deals" like this house. Sure, it's not very big, but it's well executed, simple and under $250,000.
