It did receive a pretty thorough updating in 2005, but it doesn't look like they made any major changes to the home. It was later featured in the 2010 Modern Homes Tour. Built in 1975 this house backs up to the Balcones Country Club, and has it's own roomy .3 acres lot. The interior has been tastefully updated. What interests me the most about this house is the interesting spacial changes.
