Back in 2015 this house was at risk of being demolished and I delivered over 200 signatures against the demolition to the city council. Luckily the demolition was rejected and the the house still stands. I toured it a few weeks ago and it’s in good shape still, but definitely needs some TLC and likely a tasteful remodel / addition to bring it up to 2019 standards. Who’s ready for a passion project?
