I love it when you see modern new construction that is high end, but manages to do it in a subtle classy way. This house looks intriguing from the street without being imposing. The single story with a flat roof and lots of stone work are reminiscent of the 50's. On the inside you see a build out you would expect in a million dollar home. My favorite is that light filled open living room / kitchen. Brilliant.
