This one is a total sleeper from the street, and I love that about it. From the curb is a hum drum 80's split level. Cross that threshold however and you will find expansive windows, tall ceilings and Saltillo floors. A little exterior paint could sexy this thing up quick.

This one is a total sleeper from the street, and I absolutely love that about it. Inside has seen a complete and very stylish update. My favorite vignette is that fireplace with the two Eames chairs sitting in front of it. Looks like a perfect place to spend some cold winter days. When summertime hits, you know the party is going to be in the back by the pool.

There is no doubt that Austin has an affordability problem when it comes to housing. For those on a budget condo's can offer a lot of bang for the buck. I love that this one is just a one bedroom despite it's 1,000 sq. ft. size. That means more square footage where you spend the bulk of your waking hours.
