I haven't posted many of the Skybridge Loft units designed by Bercy Chen Studio, mostly because the bulk of them sold off MLS. Two years later they are starting to turn over ownership and they are still a great deal. The neighborhood is definitely looking up too with the addition of St Elmo and others.
