3140 Honey Tree

I've had my eye on this neighborhood for a while now. It's a great place for those looking to be in Eanes ISD but on a bit of a budget. Not that this house is particularly inexpensive but others in the area have sold in the $600's in the past couple of months. This particular home was ahead of it's time doing a major remodel and update a few years ago. Not too shabby.

5 Inwood

For those who prefer their minimalism extra large. This house may be a bit much for my taste, but you've got to admit it's well done. I'm especially intrigued by the pool, whoever buys this should probably invite me over for a closer inspection.

412 Ridgewood - AD Stenger

It seems like it's been a minute since there has been a A.D. Stenger designed home on the market. For those not familiar with Stenger, make sure you read up on him here, and if you want you can join the Stenger FB page here. This particular home was built in 1965 but the interior has seen a complete update recently. The house isn't the most imaginative that Stenger built but it does a great job checking the essential MCM boxes. Vaulted ceilings, check. Natural materials, check. Strong indoor outdoor connection, check. The tree filled backyard and free form pool aren't to shabby either.

Price: $1,125,000

Details: 4 Bed, 3 Bath

403 Bulian

While there may be a few questionable material choices used in the last remodel of this home it still checks all the boxes for a perfect house. I'm a huge fan of all the original stone work, and if you know me at all you know I always fall for a house will a pool. Speaking of pools, that gap from the upper deck to the pool looks totally doable right??
