This one has been on the market for a while, but I just got the heads up from a former owner that it was designed by A. D. Stenger. Unfortunately it looks like it is only being marketed for it's land value. That's why there aren't many good pictures (though good street view is helpful). Not much to see on the inside here, this one is all about the bones. I really love this area too, great schools, great proximity but without the high Rollingwood prices you get a few blocks away.

I'm excited to go check this one out. It's been on my list of A. D. Stenger homes but the current owner has done a lot of updating since it was last on the market. I'm happy to say too that it looks like they have done a pretty tasteful job. Click on the "more info" and check out the bold floral wallpaper in the bathrooms. Not my thing, but totally amazing.

The list would be long if I named everything I loved about this house, but what if I were to choose just one thing it? Hands down it would be the smooth exterior stucco and how it seamlessly wraps into the house to create the fireplace surround (see below). Well played.

I'm sure this house has seen a few updates over the years, but let me just say that it looks spectacular considering it was built in design dark ages of the 80's. Also, I like that when it says chefs kitchen, it really means it. Of course the lap pool, the .73 acres and the location are all just icing on the cake.
