206 Duck Lake

A few years ago someone saw the potential in this 1977 ranch house. After an extensive remodel it looks like it turned out wonderfully. It's always good to see someone invest in these slightly quirky older homes and bring them tastefully into this century.

922 Electra

Swimming pool, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and even an elevator, this one has it all. Honestly, just give me that pool and that master bedroom that is as big as my living room and I think I'm good. Not sure what I would do with 4,600 sqft but I'm sure whoever buys this house has a few ideas.

819 Mariner : John Watson

John Watson didn't build a lot of homes in Austin, but the ones he did sure are memorable! Find out more about him here.  I walked through this amazing piece of organic architecture a while ago and I can say it is just as amazing in real life as it is in photos. The thing I was most surprised about though was just how livable the floor plan of this house is.  Kitchen and living up and three good sized bedrooms downstairs. Definitely a one of a kind in an amazing location.

208 S Meadowlark

Every time I post these Lakeway modern homes I get comments from the haters that say "yeah, but you have to live in Lakeway". For the record I get it and totally agree. That being said if having a modern house is your number one priority and you are on a budget, this is about as good as it gets.

1005 Biscayne

I know there are plenty of Lakeway haters out there, and yeah I get it. But for those with a budget of $350k where a mid century home is more important than location, you've got to admit this is hard to beat. I love the fact that it hasn't been updated yet too. While this isn't a lot to see in the photos, I'm optimistic this could be a gem.
