Alright color lovers, don't get scared by all this white. Bright white happens to be the absolute perfect canvas for all sorts of color and pattern (see the Miller House for reference). While this place may be a bit hard to swallow for those without a bit of imagination, to me it's masterpiece just waiting to be finished.

When this house was built in 2001,  times were very different. Dwell Magazine was still in it's first year of print, the iMac still looked like a regular computer monitor (but with colors!) and this amazing house designed by local architect MJ Neal was built in the heart of 78704. The house is a true testimony that good design is timeless. Though this home is almost 14 years old, it still looks better than the majority of the homes being passed off as "modern" today. Someone snatch this little piece of history up before it's too late. More photo's available via the "more info" link below.

I almost don't even know where to start when it comes to my love for this house. The overall material pallet is absolutely on point. Typical modern materials like concrete floors and white walls (which I love) are softened with a mix of warm and bleached woods. The outdoor spaces don't disappoint either. Even though this may be a condo unit (duplex on one lot) that doesn't mean it doesn't have it's own private outdoor spaces. Oh yeah, the location doesn't suck either.
