2729 Trail of the Madrones

Here is a fantastic little time capsule from 1973. The exterior looks to be a classic low roofed ranch complete with an elevated section of clerestory windows in the living room. If I had to take a guess based on the lack of photos inside there is lot of decluttering to do. Lots of potential with this one though.

412 Ridgewood - AD Stenger

It seems like it's been a minute since there has been a A.D. Stenger designed home on the market. For those not familiar with Stenger, make sure you read up on him here, and if you want you can join the Stenger FB page here. This particular home was built in 1965 but the interior has seen a complete update recently. The house isn't the most imaginative that Stenger built but it does a great job checking the essential MCM boxes. Vaulted ceilings, check. Natural materials, check. Strong indoor outdoor connection, check. The tree filled backyard and free form pool aren't to shabby either.

Price: $1,125,000

2201 Harbor

This one isn't technically new, but it's been listed so long it may have slipped past your radar. Designed by Alter Studio and built in 2017 this one is a stunner. It has a tidy kitchen with a great indoor outdoor connection (and a great hood detail). The rest of the project is equally well details as you would expect from Alter Stuido.  Look close enough and you may even recognise some of their typical detailing.

5930 Bold Ruler

I've been following the build of the Bercy Chen house for a while now. Each one of those load bearing limestone blocks weight over 2 tons! While it's probably not my favorite project by them (I'm biased) it is definitely an interesting one. Also for those going for what I call "hill country modern" it doesn't get much better than this.

403 Bulian

While there may be a few questionable material choices used in the last remodel of this home it still checks all the boxes for a perfect house. I'm a huge fan of all the original stone work, and if you know me at all you know I always fall for a house will a pool. Speaking of pools, that gap from the upper deck to the pool looks totally doable right??
