I have to admit, 10 years ago I would have hated this house. Since then however, thanks to a lot of travel and a bigger perspective I've come to love this flavor of modern. The biggest problem with Mediterranean style homes is that too often they come off looking too Walt Disney. Luckily this 1975 home has just enough patina to make it look authentic.
