2701 Nottingham

2701 Nottingham-5.jpg

Here is a solid remodel of a 1962 ranch home in 78704. I always love it when someone actually puts in the work to help these old homes live up to their potential. Lot's of great tile from Clé (which I just discovered yesterday) in this project too.

Price: $649,000

Details: 1,705 sq. ft. 3 Bed, 2 Bath

Do you get my newsletter? What are you doing to stay busy / sane?
Remember when we could go to the beach. That was nice. Luckily we can still drink wine. #alexandervineyards #caswines #gimmefreewineclaude
Did you know I have a newsletter? I pretend it’s about houses (and it does have a round up of the current weeks best listings) but it’s really a place for me to practice my typos and get in weird soap boxes. Check it out. Or not. Link in bio.

All artwork by Isaiah Zagar. “ Born in Philadelphia and raised in Brooklyn, Zagar received his BFA in Painting and Graphics at Pratt Institute of Art in New York City. In the mid-1960s Zagar and his wife Julia completed three years of Peace Corps service in Peru. Soon after the couple settled in Philadelphia and began their lifelong work of creating public art and fostering creativity in all it’s very forms. Zagar’s artwork is heavily influenced by his travels and interactions with international folk artist and other creators of art environments. His art can be found on more than 200 public walls throughout the city of Philadelphia and around the world.”
