I posted basically this exact same listing backing in January (except it was unit #B) but since then three things have happened that make me want to share this again. #1 While wandering the neighborhood finishing my beer post Sam's BBQ I ran into the owner and he was super cool and had a beer with me. #2 He showed me around the inside, and let me tell you people, this place is well done. #3 That price. Seriously, well designed modern new construction for $270 a sq. ft. That's a steal.
