I have to admit, when I saw these house going up in East Austin last year I wasn't too optimistic. Seeing them now, I'm pleasantly surprised. This row of houses packed together are bigger than they look. The level of finishes looks great as well. Unfortunately the combination of the two make for a pretty big price to swallow.
