I must be a glutton for punishment because I would totally buy this project house in Fredricksburg. I love the simplicity of the rock house with the metal roof, and the fact that it sits on 8+ acres overlooking town doesn’t hurt either. Did I mention it’s on its own well and septic? Off grid living anyone?
