We’ve featured this one before, and it’s been on the modern homes tour, so it may look familiar. It’s an upside down house with all the public space (living room, kitchen) upstairs to maximize views. Don’t get me wrong this is a great house, especially the fireplace and built in cabinetry, but ultimately it’s the location that makes it great. I love this little pocket just off of Balcones road for it’s peaceful vibes. There are even some potential views to be had with an addition on this house.
