I have to admit in a world of stucco and hardi board modern homes there sure is something refreshing about a brick house. Big shout out to North Arrow Studio for designing a super clean kitchen. I'm a huge fan of not having upper cabinets. That floating shelf integrated into a hood is just about as clean as it gets. If only the integrated fridge would have gotten the same level of detail it would be the perfect kitchen. Yeah, I get weird about those details. :)

This 1915 craftsman house is the perfect "modern at heart" home. The original architecture is intact and the interior has been completely updated. I love a good sleeper. From the street you would never guess that there was a dreamy bright open floor plan inside. I love all the light neutral colors and natural stone.
