You don't see a lot of infill building in Allandale which makes this 2015 build a bit unique. Speaking of unique, that stairway in the middle of the room is something you don't see everyday. It's definitely a dramatic move, though I'm still undecided if I love it or not.

There are actually two separate duplex's here (4 units total) that are all about the same style, size and price. I'd say any of them would make a nice little place to call home. I haven't been through any of these yet, but it looks like they got the details right, grain matched cabinetry, wood ceilings etc.
