There is just something about crossing that Cesar Chavez corridor that makes if feel more secluded, and the huge influx of restaurants and bars in the area is pretty handy too. Being close to the ladybird lake trail is just icing on the cake. All of that is to say, this house is in a good spot. :)

That extra 250 sf makes such a difference for these smaller houses. Bonus point for all that great outdoor space.
