This is a special one people. One of a very few Barton Riley designed homes here in Austin. I was lucky to help some buyers acquire a similar home designed by Riley just down the road last year. I think it's still one of my favorite homes in Austin. This one however may just take the price. Not only is the lot huge, but the house is sizable as well.
