Saltillo Lofts : #218

Despite the huge number of new condo's and town houses for sale in East Austin, unfortunately not a lot of them are really that great. There is a short list of ones I actually really to like, and Saltillo Lofts is on that list. While I'm not a huge fan of the exterior, the interior floor plans are interesting, have a nice finish out and have some really interesting spaces. The location is tough to beat too. You don't see these come up for sale very often, so if you are looking for a 1 bedroom on the east side, act quick.

2403 Forest Bend

The beautiful remodel was just for sale over the summer and was desperately in need of an update. I'm happy to see that it got a great one! I'm loving that flippers are moving away from dark floors and starting to include more interesting tiles. It will be interesting to see how quick this one moves.

Cambridge Condo : 4C

You know me, always a sucker for the Cambridge Condo's. Those cast concrete railing dripping in MCM swagger just gets me every time. This unit is a special one though. It's been sitting empty for two years due to estate issues. Now it's available, and needs a lot of love (hence no photos inside). As far as I'm concerned, that's just perfect. All the better to gut and do right.
