410 E 5th #110

While I'm a huge fan of East Austin, I've got to admit that I wouldn't mind downtown living. Especially in a 1,300+ square foot industrial condo like this. Honestly, at this price point it doesn't get much better than this. Walk to Easy Tiger for a baguette and coffee for breakfast, finish you day up at Cheer Up Charlies and some Bahn Mi from East Side Kings. I could go on all day...

7305 Ava : Agave

I'm a huge fan of Agave. I think it's Austin's most affordable modern neighborhood, and it's my go to for clients wanting a modern home for under $300,000. That's why I was a little surprised to see the price tag attached to this Agave home. Sure it sale price sets itself apart from the rest of the homes (it's almost double the average home price in Agave) but it also sets itself apart in other important ways. First it's huge by Agave standards where most homes are under 1,800 sq/ft. It has also had some significant upgrades done inside. I'm just as curious as you to see what it ends up selling for.

6506 Arroyo Seco

This beauty just got a hefty $70,000 price drop for the weekend. It's actually sort of blowing my mind that for this price you can get a well designed house with interior details that include TONS of custom walnut cabinetry, high end Miele and Liebherr appliances and on and on and on. High roller? Buy both sides of the duplex for $859,000 and have a monthly income of $3,200.

This home is quirky, a little kitschy but absolutely amazing. The unique layout, great use of natural materials inside, and the HUGE .8 acre lot all make this home truly a one of a kind. There is even a guest house in the back just waiting to get a little creative touch.
