If there was a price for featured the most times on my blog, this house would win it. Partly because it has been for sale so many times in the past few years, but mostly because it is just so good. Designed by Sago Intl this masterpiece is up for sale again with a price $250k lower than last summers failed sale. Good time to get a deal on a great house.

Obviously this beautiful home has seen some updates over the years, but it is amazing how good the original architecture blends with the updates. The house does look like it needs a little bit of work, but thanks to lots of terrazzo and stone it looks to have held up quite well over the years. Anyone have any idea on the architect on this one?

Read MoreI'm constantly surprised by the quality of architecture here in Austin. This Peter Gluck designed house is every bit as impressive as it's price tag, which is saying a lot. As good as it looks in photo's (and it looks great) I have a feeling that pictures alone can't capture all the nuance of the 4 acres and 11,000 sq. ft.
