Here’s a fascinating one, it was built in 1952 and apparently dubbed “Casa McMath”. It definitely looks architect designed, and is currently owned Frances McMath who I assume is the original owner. It’s a brilliant example of mid century modernism and I dearly hope whoever buys it does a careful restoration.
