The thing I love the most about this 2015 Tarrytown build is how timeless it looks. It's almost hard to tell if it's new construction or a remodel of an older home, and I mean that in a good way. The interiors are simple letting your furnishings set the tone for the house.

Talk about Tarrytown bliss. This 70's post and beam home has all the basics covered; vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces, floor to ceiling windows with pool views from every room. The current owners aren't afraid of color or pattern but if that's not your thing its a simple fix. Oh, and bonus points for the sunken living area. 10/10

Take everything you know about row houses (and 80's architecture) and throw it out the window. The interior of this unit has seen a major remodel, but even without that I'm in love with the design. Perhaps the best thing about it is that courtyard, how dreamy!!

This one is a bit of a mixed bag. I love everything about the exterior. It's got the nice secluded front approach and the absolutely epic backyard pool and fenced area. Inside it's a bit hard to see past the furniture, but some elements are really well done. I know Nick Deaver had a hand in remodeling this home, I bet it's a safe bet to say he had a part in the good things.
