Well isn’t this house just a breath of fresh air? Santa Rosa street is a favorite of mine, all the lots are 1/2 the normal size and therefore all the houses are tiny too. This little guy maximizes his space best as they can, but if you would rather a bit more indoor space vs outdoor you could always look at Santa Rosa Condos just down the street. About the same price will get you a 1,200 sf 2 bedroom condo.

Is there such a thing as too central of a location? JK, I used to live a couple blocks from here and I loved it. Great access to restaurants and bars and Lady Bird Lake for those leisurely strolls. I love the interior on this one, though its too bad the kitchen and bathroom aren’t as good as the staging.

These modern farm houses are a dime a dozen these days, or in this particular case one for a million. I sometimes complain that they are boring and all look the same, but it’s a good problem to have.
