While that sounds like a standard story for Austin, things are slowing down a bit which makes this a bit of a surprise. Read MoreSOL doesn't get as much attention as Agave despite the similarities, but it's got plenty of good stuff despite it's much smaller size. This house is a good example of what SOL has to offer. Smaller than Agave homes and though not really much cheaper, it still looks like a pretty good deal based on it's closer in east Austin location. Also, hats off to the owners of this one for a solid furniture collection. I'd almost forgotten how good that DCM looks.
