While a million dollars is a big chunk of change for a detached duplex (even a handsome one like this one), the location on this house is insane. It's about as close as you can get to auditorium shores, so if that's a priority for you I could see the appeal.

907 Juanita

I passed this one up a few months ago because there were just too many good things at the time, but now that it's slowed down a bit it's worth doubling back for. It falls firmly in the modern at heart category and whether you like the style or not you at least have to admit that it's well done. I love all the sneaky hidden features like the sliding art that covers the TV and the hidden sink in the wet bar (click more info below to see all the photos). Bravo.

1403 S 6th

Views, huge windows, a wet bar and a roof top deck with grill and kitchenette. Seriously, what more could you ask for. A 2 to 1 ration on bathrooms to bedrooms? Sure, seems a bit much but why not. Seriously minus the pool this house has it all. Great location too.

04 Flats #11A

I love the material pallet in the Dick Clark designed 04 Flats. The structural steel beams, the exposed block walls and concrete ceilings all help make a visually rich space. This particular unit also has a fantastic outdoor space that has me dreaming of the Eames Casestudy #8 house.
