The thing that really drew me in on this house was all the great textures used in the landscaping. I love the visual richness of the decks and the pervious pavers in the front drive. The house itself is great too, with lot's of great light (and shadows).

Luckily with a some great vision from Alter Studios and what was a pretty major addition / remodel, the space looks amazing now. Despite lots of concrete and white paint, the painted and natural woods do an amazing job of keeping it feeling warm and inviting. Of course I'm always a sucker for details like grain matched cabinetry, and the perfect amount of overhang on the countertops.
