Quirky, cute and super affordable. Those are just a few reasons I'm crushing on this South Austin mid mod. Honestly it sort of blows my mind that for around $1,700 a month you could buy a house that looks this good. Compared to rent here in Austin, that's a bargain. Kudos to the current owners for doing a solid job remodeling and furnishing this little guy.

I think that South Austin has some of the most desirable, relatively speaking affordable, housing stock in Austin. They have more space, both in terms of square footage, and lot size, and with a little vision, they can be amazing spaces. Speaking of amazing, how about that tree in the back yard? Swoon.
