Yet another modern home for sale in Agave. It's no wonder this is my favorite modern neighborhood in Austin. This particular house was designed by Eric Stanridge of Blerk! This Agave stunner sits dramatically at the top of the hill. Between that bridge like driveway and the butterfly roofline, this house has me thoroughly smitten. This is also one of the larger KRDB designed homes in the Agave.

I'm a huge fan of Agave. I think it's Austin's most affordable modern neighborhood, and it's my go to for clients wanting a modern home for under $300,000. That's why I was a little surprised to see the price tag attached to this Agave home. Sure it sale price sets itself apart from the rest of the homes (it's almost double the average home price in Agave) but it also sets itself apart in other important ways. First it's huge by Agave standards where most homes are under 1,800 sq/ft. It has also had some significant upgrades done inside. I'm just as curious as you to see what it ends up selling for.
