I’m a bit biased but I really love how clean a space looks when it has gloss white floors. You do risk making the space too clinical feeling but they’ve done wonderful job here balancing it with plants and lot’s of warm toned furniture. Great price for a great location too.

I’ve always loved this neighborhood, it doesn’t quite have the charm of Travis Heights to the north but it’s usually much more affordable. This house is a great example, it would easily fetch another half million if it was north of Oltorf.
