Read MoreFor the record, I’m still not over the whole modern farmhouse thing. This three story duplex by Davey Mceathron nails it on curb appeal as far as I’m concerned. Inside it’s a bit too on trend for me and I always worry about the livability of third floors with slanted ceiling lines. It’s one of those things you can only really judge in person. Great value on this one though!
