I have to admit that this one confuses me a bit. The exterior with it's 4 different facade materials isn't my favorite, but get inside and the interiors are on point. There is a great balance of warm and cool surfaces and some classy and classic lighting fixtures. One thing is for sure though, that location is the bees knees.

I have to admit in a world of stucco and hardi board modern homes there sure is something refreshing about a brick house. Big shout out to North Arrow Studio for designing a super clean kitchen. I'm a huge fan of not having upper cabinets. That floating shelf integrated into a hood is just about as clean as it gets. If only the integrated fridge would have gotten the same level of detail it would be the perfect kitchen. Yeah, I get weird about those details. :)

I love a good sleeper. From the street you would never guess that there was a dreamy bright open floor plan inside. I love all the light neutral colors and natural stone. They almost resisted the temptation to do a mosaic strip of tile in the bathroom. Almost. No offense meant, but developer please stop. No one wants this.
