I've always been a fan of these South 5th condos. This one is extra special because it's an end unit so you get some precious outdoor space all to yourself. That's a game changer for any four legged friends.

The interior looks great as well, though I'm still confused by these tiny tubs I've been seeing. Are they supposed to be ofuros or just trick photography making them look small?

It looks like the firm does mainly commercial and multifamily and that perspective shows a bit in various aspect of this house. Very interesting design with some great interior spaces and amazing views of downtown.

I'm a big fan of the all white kitchen and bathrooms which is going to look just as fresh in 15 years as it does now. There are nice finishes through out and a pretty epic roof top deck as well. My only complaint is the hobbit sized room they squeezed into the top floor. Kid playroom maybe?
