Another great little spec unit from architect Don Harris. This one is actually the smaller unit B of the condo regime, but I think I actually prefer it to the main house. You'll see some similar interior details to the Fontana house I posted two days ago. This is also one of the first spec builds I've noticed that benefit from last years increase from 850 sf to 1,100 sf on accessory units. That extra 250 sf makes such a difference for these smaller houses. Bonus point for all that great outdoor space.

Here's a nice little detached condo setup designed by Don Harris. I like the massing and the roof overhangs on the front unit a lot. The good stuff continues on the inside too with some nice materials and plenty of light wood flooring which even finds it's way onto walls and ceilings.

This is quite possibly the most affordable Dick Clark designed housing you could buy these days. The 04 Flats have always been a favorite of mine. It's not just because of the great architecture either. The location is perfect for anyone that likes to be in the mix, and if you could get your hands on a membership at St Cecilia 3 blocks away, it would be even more amazing.
